Who we are
DKM Holdings (Pty) Ltd is a South African company (registration number 2026/780591/07). We are the responsible party for your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect
This website has no forms and no accounts. If you email or phone us, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, your contact details and what you tell us about your enquiry.
Like any website, the services that host and deliver this site receive technical details such as your IP address and browser type when your browser loads a page. We do not set cookies ourselves and we do not use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a project or partnership you have asked about. We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Who handles it
A small number of service providers help us run the site and our email. They handle information on our behalf and only for that purpose:
- Vercel hosts this website
- Cloudflare delivers and protects this website
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive and send
Some of these providers are based outside South Africa, so your information may be processed in other countries. We choose providers that publish their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose above, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct information that is wrong or out of date
- delete information we no longer need
- stop using your information, or withdraw a consent you gave us

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its date.
